    Important Rental Information:

    • WHAT'S INCLUDEDExtension Cord, tarp under the unit, 10ft hose (water rentals)
    • WHAT YOU'LL NEEDElectric outlet within 100 feet of setup area, Water source and water hose if renting a water slide
    • ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIRED: Inflatables must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Attendants can be added for an additional fee.
    • AGE, HEIGH & CAPACITY GUIDELINES: Each inflatable has specific age, height, and weight limits. Only the recommended number of participants may use the inflatable at one time.
    • SETUP REQUIREMENTS: A flat, clear area is required for setup. Please ensure the space is free of debris, pet waste, and overhead obstacles. Electrical access within 50 feet is required unless a generator is added.
    • SURFACE GUIDELINES: Units can be set up on grass, turf, or pavement. Stakes or sandbags are used as needed to secure the inflatable safely.
    • CLEANING: All inflatables are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before and after every rental to ensure a safe play experience.
    • WEATHER POLICY: Inflatables cannot be operated in high winds, heavy rain, or severe weather. Light rain may be permitted on select units at our discretion. Safety always comes first.
    • FOOD, SHOES & SHARP OBJECTS: Shoes, food, drinks, gum, confetti, face paint, slime, and sharp objects are not permitted inside inflatables.
    • RENTAL TIME: Rental periods are based on the selected package. Extended time may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
    • DELIVERY & PICKUPDelivery, setup, and breakdown are included unless otherwise stated. A clear path is required for equipment transport.
    • WEEKEND RENTAL: Reserve Friday to Sunday for one low price! (send us a text, if interested)
    • RAIN POLICY: Reschedule due to rain at no extra cost w/24 hour notice.
    • DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY: The renter is responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
    • FACE PAINTING POLICY: WE DO NOT RENT INFLATABLES FOR EVENTS THAT INCLUDE FACE PAINTING. Face paint permanently stains vinyl surfaces and compromises equipment safety and cleanliness.
